RECAP of 2008

so many memorable things have taken place this year. From fashion to the music & politics, some incredibly significant things have taken place. 

i have posted images with no direct audience but the things that generated the most buzz around me in 2008.

There were ten things that were clear this year:

1. It was okay to talk about homosexuality/experimenting this year (KatyPerry)

2. It was obviously "in" to be black (Italian Vogue: Black Issue)

3. It was confirmed that Black was on top of the List (Barack Obama)

4. It was okay to love deeply fictional characters (Dark Knight)

5. It was without a doubt a calling to be different and bold (Lady Gaga & Kanye West)

6. Being an asshole pays off (Bush & shoes)

7. The definition of a bad ass president is re-defined (Nicolas Sarkozy)

8. Being great breaks boundaries. period (Lil Wayne)

9. That 2009 will be a greater year (Barack Obama)

10. The bar for success in 2009 has been raised!
